Notifications regarding planned maintenance
We are continuously working to improve safety and increase the reliability of the district heating network in Oslo. Systematic inspection and maintenance of the network are essential parts of this work.
When we perform maintenance near you, it will be necessary to shut off the district heating supply in the immediate area for a few hours while the work is in progress.
We primarily carry out maintenance work on weekdays and at times of day that cause the least possible inconvenience to our customers. Our goal is for as few people as possible to experience a lack of heating and hot water.
Work affecting commercial buildings
For work affecting commercial buildings, we notify the contact person for the building well in advance. The contact person is then responsible for internal notifications within the building.
Work affecting residential customers
If maintenance work affects residential properties, we notify the contact person registered with us, as well as residents who are registered at the affected address in the National Population Register. We send these notifications via SMS.
Receive SMS notifications
We use the SMS-service notification system to keep you updated on work in your local area. To ensure you receive these notifications, we recommend logging in to check which address is registered and updating it if necessary.
You can also easily opt in or out of the notification service at any time.
