Whistleblowing channel
Our whistleblowing channel enables all employees, customers, suppliers and stakeholders of Hafslund to report any serious concerns or offenses in a confidential manner.
The whistleblowing channel applies to notification of objectionable matters, including breaches of Hafslund's ethical guidelines, danger to life and health, inappropriate behavior or the like.
Your report does not need to include contact information such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. Your identity cannot be traced if you wish to remain anonymous.
You can follow the proceedings in your reported notice by logging in with the case number you are assigned when filing the report, and your chosen password.
What can you report?
You can report objectionable circumstances affecting Hafslund. Examples of matters you can report are:
- Violation of laws, rules and internal guidelines
- Failure of safety procedures and danger to life and health
- Bullying and harassment, substance abuse, discrimination and racism
- Suspicion of financial fraud (including suspicion of embezzlement, theft, fraud, corruption, procurement, financial infidelity, etc.)
- Social dumping or other employment crime
- Environmental crime
